Foreign Affairs

After a tumultuous series of events that took a toll on American and Soviet affairs during the sixties-most notably the Cuban Missile Crisis-tensions between the USSR and USA during the 1970’s remained palpable among the globe.  These tensions attributed to the Cold War and other Proxy Wars in other countries on earth.
